Brotzeit, Oakland CA

Summer Trip 2022, Day 9

After picking Daria up at the Oakland airport, we headed straight to Brotzeit which is right next to our hotel. Haley and Frank had taken us here last summer so we knew this would be great food and interesting beer.

I didn’t really keep track of the beers, but I did have three (an Andechs Fest-Bier, a Dirty Hoe – Hoegaarden and Framboise – and a local IPA, along with tastes of Daria’s choices) and an excellent Weisswurst sandwich.

Brotzeit is a very popular place right on the water with as much outdoor seating as inside (but not a huge amount of either) and we highly recommend it if you’re in the Oakland area!
