Summer Trip 2022, Day 21, Part 2

I’d said yesterday that I’d probably go back to Boulevard for another crowler of the American Bitter with the excuse that I was essentially donating another $5 to LGBTQ+ causes.

And so I did, but I decided to try something different, their Test Red IPA. I wasn’t sure I’d really like it, but wow, this is good! Imagine the love-child of an Irish Red Ale and a fruity IPA and that’s what this is. I probably still would prefer the American Bitter for an all-day sipping beer, but this Red IPA is mighty fine nonetheless!

I’m not using a clear glass so can’t show you the color of the beer itself, but here’s a photo of the crowlers they’re using this month:

With this, I’ve hit the 125 mark for unique beers tasted on this trip so far. And there are still seven more days to go!
