Summer Trip 2022, Day 21, Part 1

KC Bier Company promises German-style beers made with malt grains and hops imported from Germany, and they definitely deliver on that promise. They also have an outdoor Biergarten, but as we’re still suffering through a heat wave here, indoors with air conditioning seemed like a much better answer.
I started off with a flight as usual:

All of these – which are left-to-right in the rack and top-to-bottom on the list – were quite exceptional, but obviously the Experimental IPA wasn’t, strictly speaking, a traditional German style. It was still very good, much like what I often expect from a Pale Ale, not too hoppy but extremely flavorful.
They have a small menu (but bigger than Boulevard) and I decided on the choose-two-wurst option with two sides. The wursts were their Beer Brat and a Weisswurst and the sides were Sauerkraut (with bacon) and Cucumber Salad. The wursts weren’t quite as flavorful as I’d hoped they would be, but the mustards provided on the side rounded out the taste perfectly.

I finished up with a pint of their Helles which is a standard Munich Helles style and very refreshing.

And finally, because I didn’t give any other information about the beers in my commentary, here’s their beer list with descriptions.
